Where We Provide Water Filtration Around Carrollton

We test and install water filtration in homes throughout Carrollton and its neighboring towns. Before we recommend anything, we test. Then you get a written explanation of the equipment we suggest and photos of what we see at your main line or under your sink.

Towns We Cover From Carrollton

Our work starts in Carrollton and reaches north to Lewisville, The Colony, Frisco and Flower Mound. To the east we cover Addison, Richardson and Plano, and to the south and west we work in Farmers Branch, Coppell and Irving. Every service is offered in each of these towns: water testing, iron and sediment filtration, whole-house carbon filtration, under-sink reverse osmosis, filter replacement and maintenance, and water softeners once a hardness test supports one.

Water quality is not identical from one street to the next. Your home's pipe material, the age of its fixtures and how far it sits from the supply main all change what comes out of the tap. That is why we test at your faucet first and size the equipment to the result, not to a spot on the map.

What Shapes a Filtration Job Here

  • Housing age and plumbing

Homes across the area range from older ranch houses with copper or galvanized steel lines to newer builds plumbed in PEX. Galvanized pipe corrodes from the inside and sheds rust flakes, which is a common reason we fit a sediment prefilter ahead of a carbon tank. Newer homes usually need less pretreatment, so the system costs less to run.

  • Heat, freezes and the garage

Many whole-house systems end up in a garage near the main line, where summer air gets very hot. Heat makes plastic filter housings and O-rings age faster, so we mount equipment away from the water heater exhaust and out of direct sun. The occasional hard freeze can split an exposed housing, and we insulate any line or canister that sits on an outside wall.

  • Permits and HOA rules

Tying a system into your main water line can call for a plumbing permit, and the rules vary by city. We check with your city before the install and pull the permit when one is required. If your HOA limits equipment visible from the street, such as a softener brine tank beside the house, we plan the location around it.

  • Leaks and insurance paperwork

A cracked filter housing or a loose reverse osmosis fitting can soak a sink cabinet or subfloor before anyone notices. When we find that kind of failure, we photograph the damaged part and the water path, note the likely cause in writing and keep the part for you. We can walk you through what an adjuster usually asks for, but your insurer decides coverage, not us.

Talk Through Your Water Before You Buy Anything
